Wow, I made a delicious souffle. Not knowing what to make Joe chose a honey souffle. The texture was similar to Bread Pudding, delish. I forgot a few steps and maybe undercooked slightly, but it still turned out so good. I have been told that souffles are difficult to cook, I just followed the instructions and viola it turned out great.
I am glad the first item on my journey turned out good now I am psyched for tomorrow.
Everything looks so good, Lisa! I wish I had the time, energy and drive to try new recipes like these. Maybe a house-warming party to try things out?
