Honey Berry Souffle

Wow, I made a delicious souffle. Not knowing what to make Joe chose a honey souffle. The texture was similar to Bread Pudding, delish. I forgot a few steps and maybe undercooked slightly, but it still turned out so good.
I have been told that souffles are difficult to cook, I just followed the instructions and viola it turned out great.
I am glad the first item on my journey turned out good now I am psyched for tomorrow.

  2. Maybe a housewarming party would be a good idea. I would love to have one, it's just getting so close to the holidays. We will have everyone over soon.
